Qualifications:

In order to become a family member of the Transcontinental Paranormal Society you must have the following requirements.

Group Name
Group web presence with a banner free website.
Valid contact information either email, phone, or both
A notice on your website stating you do not charge for services.  Donations are acceptable but cannot and should not be mandatory.
